Meningkatnya tren olahraga outdoor seperti berjalan kaki 10 ribu langkah hingga lari membuat masyarakat semakin sering terpapar sinar matahari langsung. Namun di balik manfaat olahraga luar ruangan, penggunaan tabir surya atau sunscreen kerap diabaikan. Padahal, paparan sinar ultraviolet (UV) tanpa perlindungan dapat menimbulkan berbagai risiko kesehatan kulit, baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Cara Pilih Sunscreen Bagi Yang Suka Olahraga Outdoor Untuk Semua Jenis Kulit

Dokter Spesialis Kulit, Kelamin dan Estetika, dr Shinta Dewi SpDVE FINSDV, mengingatkan pentingnya penggunaan sunscreen bagi masyarakat yang gemar beraktivitas di luar ruangan. Kalau suka olahraga outdoor, pertama pilih sunscreen dengan SPF minimal 30. Kedua, penggunaan sunscreen harus disesuaikan dengan jenis kulit ujar Shinta kepada SURYA co id.

Tergantung Tipe Kulit

Menurutnya, setiap sunscreen memiliki kandungan dan fungsi yang berbeda-beda, tergantung pada tipe kulit penggunanya. Untuk pemilik kulit berminyak, Shinta menyarankan penggunaan sunscreen berbentuk gel atau lotion. Sementara bagi pemilik kulit kering, sunscreen berbentuk krim dinilai lebih cocok.

Misalnya kulit berminyak pilih yang gel atau lotion, tapi kalau kulit kering sebaiknya pilih yang krim jelasnya. Khusus bagi mereka yang gemar berolahraga, Shinta juga menyarankan penggunaan sunscreen dengan kandungan water resistance atau very water resistant, agar perlindungan tetap optimal meski berkeringat.

Selain pemilihan jenis, waktu penggunaan sunscreen juga tak kalah penting. Sunscreen idealnya digunakan minimal 15 menit sebelum beraktivitas di luar ruangan. Kalau baru keluar rumah lalu pakai sunscreen, itu kurang efektif. Sunscreen butuh waktu sekitar 15 menit supaya zat aktifnya bekerja katanya.

Pengulangan Pemakaian Sunscreen Juga Perlu Diperhatikan

Sunscreen dengan SPF 30 sebaiknya diulang setiap tiga hingga empat jam, sementara sunscreen SPF 50 dapat diulang sekitar lima jam sekali. Kalau pasien dengan kulit berjerawat, sebaiknya gunakan SPF seminimal mungkin, sekitar 15–30. Tapi kalau sering beraktivitas di luar ruangan, tetap dianjurkan pakai SPF 30 jelas Shinta.

Ia menegaskan penggunaan sunscreen dengan SPF terlalu tinggi yang tidak sesuai kondisi kulit justru dapat memicu masalah, seperti sifat komedogenik atau penyumbatan pori-pori. Semua harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi kulit masing-masing pungkasnya.

Hukum Puasa bagi Ibu Menyusui dalam Islam – Dalam ajaran Islam, ibu menyusui termasuk golongan yang mendapatkan keringanan dalam menjalankan ibadah puasa Ramadhan. Apabila kondisi kesehatan ibu atau bayi dikhawatirkan terganggu akibat puasa, maka ibu menyusui diperbolehkan tidak berpuasa. Sebagai gantinya, Islam memberikan solusi berupa pembayaran fidyah. Dalil dan Hukum Fidyah bagi Ibu Menyusui

Ketentuan fidyah dijelaskan dalam Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 184 yang menyebutkan bahwa orang yang berat menjalankan puasa wajib membayar fidyah dengan memberi makan orang miskin.

Mayoritas ulama berpendapat bahwa

Ibu menyusui yang tidak berpuasa karena khawatir terhadap kesehatan bayinya, wajib membayar fidyah. Sebagian ulama juga berpendapat ibu menyusui dapat mengganti puasa dengan qadha di hari lain. Perbedaan pendapat tersebut menunjukkan adanya kelonggaran dalam syariat Islam agar ibadah tetap dapat dijalankan sesuai kemampuan.

Cara Menghitung Fidyah bagi Ibu Menyusui

Besaran fidyah biasanya dihitung berdasarkan jumlah hari puasa yang ditinggalkan. Takaran fidyah menurut beberapa mazhab adalah:

Mazhab Syafi’i dan Maliki

1 mud atau sekitar 0,75 kilogram beras per hari puasa yang ditinggalkan.

Mazhab Hanafi

2 mud atau sekitar 1,5 kilogram beras per hari puasa yang ditinggalkan.

Sebagai contoh:

Jika ibu menyusui tidak berpuasa selama 30 hari, maka fidyah yang dibayarkan sekitar 22,5 kilogram beras (mengacu takaran 0,75 kilogram per hari).

Cara Membayar Fidyah dengan Benar

Berikut langkah-langkah pembayaran fidyah bagi ibu menyusui:

Menentukan jumlah hari puasa yang ditinggalkan.
Menghitung besaran fidyah sesuai takaran makanan pokok di daerah masing-masing.
Menyalurkan fidyah kepada fakir miskin secara langsung atau melalui lembaga resmi.
Membaca niat sebelum menyerahkan fidyah.
Pembayaran fidyah dapat dilakukan selama bulan Ramadhan maupun setelah Ramadhan sebelum memasuki Ramadhan berikutnya.
